Website Design Process

1. Pre-design
   You will be asked to complete a questionnaire to assist in determining the structure, look and feel you\’re looking for in your website. Please be as detailed as you can — this will help us in the design phase.

2. Design
   VanStudios will create two concept layouts of your website. You will have the opportunity to modify and/or combine the designs. We will then modify the layout as requested. In the meantime, we ask that you gather and send over your content and images. (Please be aware you must submit electronically ALL written content, logos and photos.) Once a layout is approved, we will move on to development.

3. Development
   VanStudios will begin coding your website and (if applicable) install and setup the content management system (CMS) on the development area of your hosting server. Your content and images will be transferred over to their individual web pages.

4. Review
   You will review your site and final updates will be made before your site goes live.

5. Launch
   Your files will be transferred from the development area to the root directory. We will back up your old web files if needed. You and VanStudios will review your site to make sure all pages have been successfully pushed live and that there are no broken links or images.

6. Post-launch

   • Website maintenance includes minor graphics changes, image touch-up, and
     updating existing text
   • Web/Technical Support
   • Training (WordPress, Photoshop, Photo Editing, etc)
